I’ve reached the stage where I have nearly all the pieces ready but I have to figure out how to put them all nicely together. Probably gonna sew the skirt pieces together next (3rd pic).

Phew, the shirt has been a real pain in the arse and there’s still things I need to do to it. Hopefully I get to paint the armor pieces today and get the bloody shirt ready and so on…

My room is a beautiful mess. Dragon Age templar armor WIP. I put together some pieces of cardboard with hot glue and duct tape.
If you are not interested in my wip spam you can block the #cullen wip tag or something. I try not to spam these too much but I’m so excited about this project I want to share some important steps. :—D
Cullen from Dragon Age cosplay WIP. Skirt part almost ready waiting for paint. It has three layers and they all go all the way up to waist and it feels very majestic to wear as it’s quite heavy. I’m just waiting to get the armor part in progress.
Art is about to commence.
Also I fear for the poor Ikea chair… or not. And you can see how friendly I’m with my pastels as I’ve used them exact one time. That fact’s about to change.
Took my sweet time to upload these since it’s almost been a month.. But anyway, I was the “gag reel” photographer at Desucon Frostbite 2013 (Lahti, Finland) for these guys. I had planned to cosplay some character from Dragon Age myself but the lack of time drove me to simply accompany the group. And since my photographing “skills” are what they are I settled to take, um, not-serious photos.
What a fun bunch they are and hopefully I’ll see them at the next con.
